As users of BankersOnline.com, you may have received the Special Alert we sent out via email March 12, 2015. If not, you can read it here.

Unfortunately, because of damage done by the hacker(s) we have no choice but to temporarily take the BOL Insiders site offline. We anticipate that the downtime will be approximately two weeks. Of course, your subscription will be extended for a time period commensurate to the length of time the service is unavailable to you -- plus an additional two weeks as a way of thanking you for your patience. When the site comes back up, you will see additional new features that we are adding as enhancements, including a repository of Compliance Minutes, short summaries of important compliance developments that are designed for you to use to keep senior management and your board up to speed.

We realize that the Compliance Lifeline is a vital tool to get your questions answered -- and we do not want you be deprived of the opportunity to keep receiving that important benefit. So, in the interim, we have established a special email address which we emailed to every member for you to send in your questions. The email had a Subject line Special Alert. If you did not receive it please email carin@bankersonline.com and she will send you the email address to use for submitting your questions. We will provide direct, timely responses to you from questions submitted there. You may begin using that email address immediately and should continue doing so until the BOL Insiders site is relaunched and the Compliance Lifeline interface can be used. [You will need to be sure your IT department whitelists the address so that our responses from that address will get through to you.]

We hate the fact that the hackers have temporarily impacted our ability to deliver information to you, but we will take the opportunity to retool and improve and come back better. Your patience and understanding are appreciated. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to Mary Beth Guard at (888) 229-8872, ext. 88 or Andy Zavoina at (888) 229-8872, ext. 804.
